Bluebird Foundation Opens Applications for Fall Performing Arts Grants and Scholarships

Duluth, MN —October 21st, 2025— The Bluebird Foundation is now accepting applications for its Fall 2025 Performing Arts Grants and Scholarships, including the prestigious $2,500 Audrey Lundeen Scholarship.

High school–aged students (Grades 9-12) involved in the performing or culinary arts are encouraged to apply. Eligible applicants include students attending traditional, home school, or online programs.

This fall, the Foundation will award 11 $500 grants along with the Audrey Lundeen Scholarship, which is reserved exclusively for graduating high school seniors who demonstrate exceptional dedication to their craft and community.

Applications are available now at bluebirdfoundation.org and will be accepted through 4:00 PM on Wednesday, November 25th, 2025.

Grant and scholarship recipients will be recognized during the Annual Christmas by the Lake Scholarship Gala, held Wednesday, December 3rd, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Clyde Event Center in Duluth. The Gala is an evening celebrating youth in the arts, featuring live music, a silent auction, games appetizers, the presentation of this year’s Bluebird Foundation awards and the Release of the Christmas by the Lake CD.

About the Bluebird Foundation:
The Bluebird Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting high school students in the performing arts. The Foundation provides financial aid, recognition, and scholarships to students in music, theater, dance, and culinary arts, helping foster youth engagement, self-esteem, and academic success.

Inspired by founder Tracy Lundeen’s late mother and her love of the Bluebird, the Foundation has awarded nearly $60,000 in grants and scholarships since its inception in 2013.
