Bluebird Spring Scholarships for 2016
New Scholarships and Foundation Grants

The Bluebird Foundation announces that the spring scholarship application process will begin March 2, 2016 with applications available then at http://www.bluebirdfoundation.org Applications and recommendation letters are due April 8, 2016.

The $500 scholarship awards, in four categories are the John D. Munsell Theater Award, the C.M. “Bud” Schultz Music Award, the Rose Mary Harmeier Hoene Dance Award, and the Big Daddy’s Brass Award.

Effective with the spring 2016 awards, the Foundation announces three additional $500 scholarships, one each in the categories of Theater, Instrumental or Vocal Music, and Dance.

The Bluebird Foundation is now offering a separate new program for organizations or individuals for donations of up to $500 for materials, training, or special projects. The donation must benefit high school aged individuals involved in the arts.


Applications for the grants will also be available beginning March 2, 2016 at the Bluebird Foundation website at http://www.bluebirdfoundation.org with grant requests due April 8, 2016.

Spring scholarships and grants will be awarded at the Spring Bluebird Foundation event on Sunday, May 1.
