Bluebird Scholarships for 2018
Taste of Duluth Scholarships!
The Taste of Duluth
is excited to announce a new scholarship opportunity
for music, dance, and theater students.
We are going to
give away two-$500 grants at Taste of Duluth
courtesy of the Cloquet Eagles Club 1163.
The Awards are the Jim Putnam Award (the Late
Jim Putnam was the Eagles President for 7 years from
2006-2013 and led the group through rough times)
and the Cloquet Eagles Aerie 1163 Award. (112 years
of People Helping People). The Cloquet Eagles have a
rich history of helping the community and this
support of the arts is something they were really

The Bluebird Foundation is a 501 C
(3) whose mission statement is “To
be an advocate for area youth in the performing arts
and to create awareness of the power of the arts to
enhance self esteem, to increase understanding of
others, and to improve academic performance.”
To date the foundation has awarded
$20,000 to area high school aged kids in the

Bluebird Foundation Donation Opportunity
The Bluebird Foundation is now offering a program
for organizations or individuals for donations of up
to $500 for materials, training, or special
projects. The donation must benefit high school aged
individuals involved in the arts.
